FAMILY CAMPING: 

A family campsite is set up at FfF's football facility.

Upon arrival at the facility, contact the information tent at the campsite. Then the club is assigned a club.

For MADSBY PIGE CUP-CAMPING, the following rules apply:

Arrival and departure: MADSBY PIGE CAMPING opens on Friday May 31, 2019 at. 16.00 The place closes again on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at. 16.00, where all wagons / tents must be removed.

Booking: A booking is basically binding. In connection with the booking, you must provide your name, address, telephone number and a mobile number available during MADSBY PIGE CUP.

Booking can take place until May 29, 2019.

Changes, cancellations and no-show: Changes to the booking can be made until May 22, 2019. In case of cancellation before this date, the deposit will automatically be refunded to the payment card used for the booking. After May 22, 2019, booking is binding and will not be refunded on cancellation.

Madsby Girl Cup Camping is arranged so that the greatest possible safety is guaranteed to our guests. In order to achieve this and comply with the authorities' guidelines, it is therefore important that the following rules are observed.

All guests at Madsby Camping must comply with the guidelines specified by the staff.

Caravans / tents must be erected within the marked areas. Fire road must ALWAYS be kept free. This also applies to tent pegs, ropes and the like.

Cars must not be parked at the camping units - Please refer to the marked parking spaces at the camping area. (Turf)

Use of open fire or barbecue is not permitted at the campsite. Reference is made to the fitted fire places. However, use of gas grill and cooking appliances is permitted in and near the caravan / tent

There must be peace at the campsite no later than 24.00.

Dogs must be kept on a leash and aired outside the campsite and the ballparks.

All waste must be thrown into the set waste containers.

Toilet and bathing facilities: There will be toilet trolleys in the immediate vicinity of the pitches. In addition, toilets and bathrooms in the clubhouse can be used free of charge. In addition, electricity is supplied to the individual seats after prior booking. Remember to bring at least 25 meters of cable with EU connector!
